The Society of General Adjusters
The Society of General Adjusters, an association of professionals, was founded upon the premise to afford its members the opportunity to better serve the adjusting community at large.
What is The Society?
The Society of General Adjusters establishes and administers the criteria by which professional claims adjusters can qualify to receive the Certified General Adjuster (CGA) designation, which formally recognizes their professional achievements in education,
professional ethics, dedication, experience and years of service in the industry.
As a member of The Society, you will enjoy the opportunity to network with other experienced adjusters in the all fields. Your designation as a CGA documents your knowledge and skill in adjusting. Carriers will know that you have a strong commitment to accurate, thorough and quality work. The CGA is the only formally recognized designation for adjusters to recognize experience and expertise.
